Konstantin is responsible for script writing, directing, and supervising the editing process and has been responsible for the successful video campaigns of some of the world's leading real estate brands. Before founding PLP, Konstantin produced, wrote, and directed multi-media theater in and around New York City. He has led several academic theater initiatives, including launching a scholastic theater program for one of New York's most prestigious non-profits, Graham Windham, and lectured at the College of Mount Saint Vincent.
